feat(web): add truthful dot matrix status language

Problem

Pylon reused a small legacy Dot Matrix vocabulary across unrelated lifecycle states. Root work, orchestration, waiting, monitoring, connections, and outcomes could therefore show the same motion or imply activity that was not actually happening. Terminal identity was inconsistent between thread navigation and transcript rows.

Fix

• adopt assistant-ui’s full 5×5 status language with deterministic Pylon orchestration, queued, and terminal extensions
• reserve the circular orbit for active subagent and workflow coordination
• distinguish queued, waiting, monitoring, root work, connections, updates, and semantic outcomes
• add static and synchronized-breathing three-dot terminal variants while preserving one refined foreground sweep for streaming terminal rows
• default to smooth motion, with a device-local Efficient stepped option and system Reduce Motion override
• expose the complete status catalog on demand under Settings → Appearance without mounting its animations while closed
• stop waiting background tasks from falsely pinning a thread as actively Working
• document the lifecycle contract and attribute the MIT-licensed assistant-ui source

• verified Smooth/Efficient selection persistence and computed CSS timing
• 50-indicator stress probe at 100 Hz (1,250 animated SVG dots): Smooth mean 10.47 ms / 2 frames over 20 ms; Efficient mean 10.00 ms / 0 frames over 20 ms
