This is really a bug fix release with quite a number of important fixes, thanks to our committers. It is marked as a x.y release for 2 reasons:
- removed cert parameters (apara from sslctx) from ModbusTLSserver/client.
- upgraded development libraries (only relevant for developing pymodbus)
