Part A (generic mozilla-django-oidc support) is implemented and deployed for MONET on the observation-portal fork's oidc-auth branch (open PR #1, staying unmerged until the upstream-submittable PR is filed separately). Marks the plan, the superseded 2026-08-12 Section 0, and the design doc's brokering note accordingly.
