First release with an Android app: pyobs-web-client packaged via Capacitor
(app-debug.apk — debug build, internal testing only, not signed for
production/Play Store). See specs/design/native-app-shell-capacitor.md and
specs/plans/mobile-first-redesign.md.

Android app:

• Real pyobs app icon and splash screen
• Compact mobile shell: bottom-tab navigation (Dashboard / Logs / More)
• Dashboard status triage (needs attention / running / idle), grouped by module
• Redesigned Connections start screen: add/edit saved connections, fully offline
• Opt-in password storage (Android Keystore-backed), settable directly from Add/Edit
• Per-domain secure-WebSocket toggle, VFS endpoint management

Also in this release (web client):

• Logging/Events pages: fixed a narrow-viewport layout that made them unusable on mobile widths

Known gaps:

• Tapping a Dashboard module card only expands it inline — doesn't navigate to a dedicated page yet (tracked in specs/plans/module-page-rework.md)
• VFS endpoint credentials are not yet in secure storage (still plaintext, same as the browser client)
• iOS not built yet
