OpenImageIO Updates

  • OIIO updated to version 3.0.1.0.
  • Updated LibRaw to version 0.21.3.
  • CY2025: Updated OpenEXR to version 3.3 and OpenColorIO (OCIO) to version 2.4.

Licensing

  • Clarified licensing for Apache 2.0 and GPL.
  • Added dependencies licenses.

Python Compatibility

  • Added support for Python 3.13.

macOS Enhancements

  • Bumped MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET on intel mac to enable required C++ features for OpenImageIO 3.

Dependency Additions

  • Added libjxl for JPEG XL support.
  • Added libultrahdr for HDR image support.

Dependency Improvements
