super small formatting error I noticed when reading the docs https://docs.pytest.org/en/stable/reference/reference.html#pytest.RaisesExc
I checked that this didn't occur elsewhere with
git grep ':\(kw\)\?param[^:]*$', which we could add to pre-commit
