Currently, the help guide on our site still uses the old help system, which makes no sense to keep it since it was disposed.

This PR updates the guide to clarify the usage of the new forum system.

Todos

  • Replace all occurences of the old help system with the new one
  • Replace the old screenshots with new shiny ones
  • Explain how tags can be real beneficial when used correctly
  • Highlight the tags that can be selected (show how they look like when they're [un]selected through screenshots)
  • Mention what happens once a new post is created, e.g. the creation of the new thread, and the lovely reminder from our magnificent bot on how to ask a question, the Op tag, etc.
