Brief about script
A script that runs on windows and access an API to retrieve motivational quotes and send them to you with a desktop notification every two hours to keep you motivated during your work or study sessions.

• I am following clean code and Documentation and my code is well linted with flake8.
• I have added README.md and requirements.txt (Include version numbers too e.g. pandas==0.0.1) with my script
• Just including required dependencies in requirements.txt (Don't include Python version too)

Hey, there should be some, user input or argparse for the time instead of hardcoding it to 2 hours, can you make the required changes?
