Hi. I have a high cpu usage using asyncio streams/sockets with connection pool (I tried on cpython 3.8-3.9 on mac and debian). Seems some noop handler is continously called polling ports in selectors.

The reproducer uses multiple third party packages and high cpu usags does not says much about the bug. if any. If you can provide a minimal reproducer with only asyncio, this can reopened but closing for now.
