Of course, the screen shot images should also be updated at some point. Any ideas on how to better automate that?

I knocked up https://gist.github.com/hugovk/c923fa2209caf4588f2155ea64ea59d6 to regenerate the screenshots, and ran oxipng to compress them.

I left out images 7 and 8, which are the Install Certificates.command ones, and they still say 3.13. Although I also ran them through oxipng to compress, and can revert this if preferred.
