Update Reuven Lerner's feed URL (old domain no longer responds)

Hi, I want to change my current feed url from

http://blog.lerner.co.il/category/python/feed/ to https://lernerpython.com/feed/

The old domain no longer serves the feed — requests to blog.lerner.co.il time out — so my entry has been fetching a dead URL since I moved my blog. The new feed is on lernerpython.com and is actively updated.

The diff shows a removal plus an addition rather than an in-place edit because I also updated the display name, which changes its sort position in the file.

I checked the following required validations:

1. My feed is valid, I checked using https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https://lernerpython.com/feed/ and it is
   valid!
2. My feed is a Python Specific feed, e.g: I am proposing the filtered tag or categorized feed url
3. I only post content to this feed which is related to the Python language and its components and libraries. Or content that I consider interesting for the Python community.
4. I am aware that once my feed is added it can take a few hours to start being fetched (according to the server update cycle)
5. My feed contains only content in English language.
