Install problem Python 3.5.3

When i'm trying to install, it stops mid installing and says "Could not access network location"
i tried restarting pc and restarting my router...

So, I think this issue should be close.

You can looking help for you problem on stackoverflow. Beyond that, are you running
the installer with administration permission?

what? like opening the installer as an admin?

just tried opening the installer as admin, still same error.
