I can take this. The failing shard is tqdm: version 4.70.0 added the convert_config parameter to tqdm.utils.envwrap, while stubs/tqdm/tqdm/utils.pyi still has the earlier signature. I’ll update that signature and validate it against the released runtime with the package-specific tests and stubtest.
