PzzaCode 0.2.31

A substantial update to terminal reliability, workspace controls, local dictation, device synchronization, usage reporting, pairing, desktop automation and Git safety.

Terminal reliability and session controls

  • Move local terminals onto a persistent managed service so ordinary terminal sessions survive app restarts and upgrades.
  • Improve session creation, duplication, reconnection and terminal lifecycle handling.
  • Standardize the session toolbar order: Layout → Mic → Focus → Code → Move → Duplicate → Fullscreen → Hide, with Close still available afterward.
  • Add a clearer empty-session state and restore connection menus.

Workspaces, navigation and settings

  • Add draggable workspace tabs and improve workspace/session keyboard shortcuts.
  • Refine layout controls, focus mode, fullscreen handling, compact dropdowns and context menus.
  • Expand settings navigation and connect controls to their corresponding panels.
  • Add a Remote Desktop dropdown with separate Open and Settings actions, alongside improved port-forwarding controls.

Local dictation

  • Improve the local, open-source speech pipeline with model warm-up before capture and selectable microphone inputs.
  • Add a white live microphone waveform and clearer recording controls and state feedback.
  • Improve English/Turkish language-transition handling, phrase alignment, pause handling and protection against repeated or overwritten text.
  • Introduce inline speech composition that stays separate from the terminal process until explicit submission, with safer manual-input, cancellation and stop/restart handling.
  • Add antialiased, phase-stable conversion for 44.1/48 kHz microphone audio and improve incremental processing of incoming speech.

Faster repository scans and synchronization

  • Run scans and synchronization with bounded concurrency and skip unchanged repositories instead of repeating unnecessary work.
  • Improve background completion handling and retain appropriate execution time for larger repositories.
  • Preserve local work and stashes, with clearer reporting for updated, current, skipped and dirty repositories.
  • Distinguish successful completion, cancellation and work that needs attention; make repository and device errors more actionable.

Usage and cost reporting

  • Fall back to connected devices when local usage data is missing or slow to respond.
  • Share in-flight requests and use bounded workers and retry cooldowns to avoid redundant device queries.
  • Add missing model pricing to fix incorrect zero-dollar cost estimates.
  • Show unavailable or partial totals when pricing is incomplete, and clearly distinguish API-equivalent estimates from billed spend.

Device pairing and permission safety

  • Track pairing with idempotent operation IDs so interrupted or lost responses can be recovered without duplicating permission changes.
  • Preserve pending pairing state across panel remounts and reloads, with explicit recovery handling.
  • Reject stale bridge-settings saves that could restore revoked access, while retaining the original draft state until an explicit reload.
  • Improve disabled and expired peer status reporting while preserving identity, project, capability and expiry boundaries.

Agents Hub and integrations

  • Complete instruction-editing and Hub interaction flows, including filtering, selection, previews, pagination and deployment controls.
  • Add automatic launcher checks and repair for configured local and remote integrations, preserving existing settings and private backups.
  • Improve remote runtime discovery in noninteractive environments without executing shell startup files.
  • Bundle the integration entrypoint for installed builds and validate startup without separately installed package dependencies.

Expanded desktop automation

  • Expand the app-control surface to 107 actions covering terminals, editors, workspaces, settings, devices, notifications, synchronization, forwarding, updates and dictation.
  • Add guarded editor read, edit, save, rename and discard operations, including stale-buffer and unsaved-change checks.
  • Separate terminal text input from explicit command submission.
  • Require explicit app-window selection and retain local consent and project-scoped permission checks.

Git protection

  • Add protection checks before commits, pushes and pull requests, with enforcing hooks that preserve existing hook behavior.
  • Block sensitive environment and credential paths, private keys and detected secrets; inspect full file contents even when Git attributes suppress normal diffs.
  • Verify local LFS content before allowing publication and inspect sensitive history even when a later commit removes the file.
  • Scan direct and nested tag annotations, and verify already-published ancestry against the actual push destination rather than trusting local tracking references.
  • Keep full-history scanning or refuse safely when destination verification fails, and disable replacement-object interpretation and lazy fetching during protection reads.

macOS release

  • Signed and notarized universal build for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
  • Verified updater archive and signature, with in-app update metadata for both architectures.
