allure-notifications 6.0.1

Patch after first @allure-notifications org publish: scoped packuments installable; consumers pin moves to 6.0.1.

Install / run

npx allure-notifications@6.0.1 send --config config.json --live

Changes

• Document granular-token / 2FA publish requirements (docs/npm-publish.md)
• Bump workspace packages to 6.0.1 so npm GAT path matches registry after org lag

Legacy

Java 5.0.8 remains under legacy/java/. Bugfix / security only.
