Replaces the placeholder poster with a real still of the window-display
styling (cropped to 9:16 to fit the card), and adds a supporting line to
the Work video section.
- public/assets/img/work-popup-shop.jpg + variants: real photo poster
- content/work.yaml: video section intro ("A window has three seconds
to stop someone. Styling it is deciding what makes them look twice.")

Follow-up to #25. Swaps the placeholder poster on the Work page's video card for a real behind-the-scenes still of the window-display styling, and adds a supporting line to the section.
