Pressing any other key during a hold now cancels it — ⌘Q+Tab app-switching no longer leaves the quit countdown running, and switching from ⌘Q to ⌘W mid-hold hands the hold over instead of slipping through. The menu status now also reports when macOS secure input (password fields) temporarily pauses interception.

Reliability release: the keystroke interceptor now runs on a dedicated thread (zero added typing latency even while the app is busy), the hold logic is covered by an exhaustive test suite, and the menu's protection status is verified by a live self-test instead of assumed.
