Minor Changes

• b19e8b6: flows list --remote --json now includes each flow's url, the flow page on the platform. The agent skill explains that a flow gets a platform page only once it is on the environment's flow code branch and how to land it there.
• 87dbe54: qawolf runner list names the runners a directory holds that are still running, and marks the one a command with no --runner would reach. Every runner is looked up before it is listed, so one that idled out is absent rather than reported, and the lookup neither starts a runner nor resets an inactivity clock.
