Patch Changes

• e58bf3f: qawolf runner act scroll now scrolls 0 in the direction you leave out, so --scroll-y 600 alone works, and act --help shows a scroll example.
• 68c9b65: Reduce the default attempt investigate output by shortening console and page excerpts, bounding execution errors, and keeping detailed action logs on the failed or last completed action. Evidence IDs remain available for deeper inspection with attempt inspect.
• 46cd7a3: runner record now describes recording on browser, mobile, Windows, and Mac runners. On a device runner, screen-not-ready explains that a run must claim the device before a recording can start.
