WebUI - options - Connection - IP Filtering has no reload button

Hello,

In the option for the app under Connection -> IP filtering there's a button to reload the file so that when you have an updated version of the file, you click the button to reload it.
The WebUI doesn't have that button, so not sure if clicking save will reload that file.
Below is a screenshot showing what I'm referring to.
I get updated versions of it once a week and recently moved the app to a different PC and use the WebUI to interact with it.
Anyone know if clicking 'Save' will reload the file? Or is the reload button just missing?
