OS: Debian 13 running CasaOS, downloaded qbittorrent through the CasaOS app store
I recently set up a makeshift home server in part so I could have a computer running 24/7 to seed all the torrents I download. I keep approximately 4.5Tb of my downloads in an organized library on a 6Tb external HDD. As I have no other drives that size, I would like to be able to download torrents directly to it, but I haven't been able to figure out how on the webUI.
On my server I have opened up read/write permissions to the drive and I have been able to get Plex/Jellyfin media servers to use directories on the drive through volumes set to access it. The same has not worked in this case.
Here's what I've tried:
chmod 777 /media/devmon: No Change*I looked through my folders and found that the default path actually goes to /DATA/AppData/qbittorrent/config/downloads. Regardless, even if this does work, moving the files from there to my external drive will stop them from seeding which kinda defeats the whole purpose.
Any help with this would make my life orders of magnitude easier
