Too Many Categories problem for windows

Hi !
I use the category system to sort my divers torrent, problem : It creat a LOT of categories.
it wouldnt be a problem if windows didnt show it this way :

to test I cheked in the WebUI browser and on the browser it display a small and "confortable" view with a scroll :

is it possible to have this scroll for the exe ? or at least add an arrow for each subdivision in windows like this :
