Skeuomorphic App Icon, where to find?

The repo has a funny icon that I like, it fits in the design of iconpacks like Oxygen which is currently revived.

Is there an SVG, and what license does the icon have? Can it be potentially included in such themes?

i found a PNG from 12 years ago with about the same size, it was compressed with some odd software, before there was this icon

The project avatar seems to be slightly upscaled from that one, as it is more blurry
