This repository gives higher-education research, source maps, public artifacts, and lightweight browser applications an independent release and review boundary. It is part of QED-AI's public infrastructure but does not contain the internal Operations Hub, board records, signatures, private source corpora, or confidential information.
The scope is intentionally provisional. Existing academic and professional source folders are evidence of prior organization, not the adopted domain taxonomy.
Static, public, browser-only tools may live under apps/<slug>/ and must be listed
in apps/catalog.json. Apps requiring accounts, secrets, server logic, uploads,
durable writes, or sensitive inputs need a separate service and repository.
GitHub Pages validates domain.json and apps/catalog.json, then builds the
site through the shared qed-public-platform workflow. Presentation code stays
centralized while this repository retains its own content, applications, history,
and release boundary. The repository is owned by qed-artifacts; individual
contributors work through their personal GitHub identities.
