What's new

• Splash screen follows your theme. The launch screen now matches light/dark mode. The logo also animates in on Android 12 and above.
• Launcher icon fixed in dark mode. The icon background no longer renders white on dark wallpapers.
• Fixed repeating duplicate-URL toast. "URL already exists" now shows exactly once, only when you actually try to save a duplicate.
