Changes

  • feat(core): PollerDeps.ExecutionMode — pass execution mode through to adapters; GitHub adapter honors it via WithExecutionMode (#137, @d3rowy). Fixes the dead-wired orchestrator.execution.mode=sequential for GitHub polling (qf-studio/pilot#5151) together with the pilot-side pin bump.
