Native first-run setup

Extract the archive for your platform, then run in a terminal:

./bin/i

Windows PowerShell:

.\bin\i.exe

First launch offers optional installation for the current user and PATH setup.
Whether you accept or skip, missing model configuration opens automatically,
then the session starts. No separate install/setup/start sequence is required.
After installing, open a new login shell/session; future launches only need i.

• Your install/skip choice is remembered. Failed or interrupted installation is retryable.
• Existing executables require replacement confirmation and are backed up.
• Existing model configuration and sessions are preserved.
• Noninteractive and explicit-config launches do not show the install prompt.
• Setup itself does not send model requests or include credentials in command-line arguments.

Downloads and verification

Native archives are macOS Apple Silicon, Windows x64 and Linux x64 builds,
not universal binaries. Verify the archive against its adjacent .sha256 file.
Checksums verify integrity, not publisher identity.

macOS builds are not Developer-ID signed or notarized. Linux builds require
compatible system libraries. No personal model credentials are included.

The web ZIP is a static deployment bundle, not a native installer. The prompt
manager ZIP is a Rust/WASM plugin package, installed from the app's plugin settings.
