GitLine — line-end Git blame for Obsidian / Obsidian 行尾 Git 归属

Show Git blame info (time / author / message) at the end of the current cursor line, with a configurable format.
在当前光标所在行的行尾显示该行的 Git 归属：提交人、提交时间（精确到分钟）、提交消息，显示格式可配置。
