  • Adds reproducible retrieval evaluation with Top-1, Top-3, and MRR gates.
  • Adds public-template and customized-private-vault verification profiles.
  • Adds llms.txt, a machine-readable capability manifest, an evidence matrix, and an AI evaluation guide.
  • Updates cross-agent bridges to require task recall and review-first capture.

Validated by 17 unit tests and the GitHub Quality matrix on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
