Background 0.2.0

• Open the Background controls in the right sidebar from the ribbon or command palette. The panel follows the selected tab and keeps that target when the controls receive focus.
• Choose an independent vault-local image for each tab. Preview the image and adjust its strength without affecting other tabs.
• Use no background, inherit the region image, reset the selected tab, or adopt its image and strength as the region default.
• Configured paths follow image renames inside Obsidian. Closed-tab choices are removed, and late chooser results cannot update a closed target.
• Preserve existing numeric per-tab opacity settings and keep text, controls and paper opaque.

Validation: 28 behaviour tests, source/metadata checks, and 10 actual Obsidian 1.13.7 view checks through the app API, including unload cleanup. Native pointer automation was unavailable in this environment; the app-view checks and synthetic-vault screenshot are recorded separately.

Desktop Obsidian 1.13.7 or later. MIT-0. No runtime dependencies or network service. Existing 0.1.1 releases are preserved.
