测试版 2：程序未签名，Windows 可能弹出 SmartScreen 提示（点「更多信息」→「仍要运行」）。只在一台 HomePod（第二代，软件 27.0）和一台电脑上实测过，详见 README「测试设备」。

新增

• MSI 安装包（推荐）：可选安装目录，默认 C:\Program Files\HomePodCast；安装时自动添加防火墙规则（卸载时删除）；安装向导跟随 Windows 语言（15 种）。免安装 zip 版照旧提供。这是 MSI 第一次发布，装不上请反馈，并先用 zip 版
• 托盘右键面板：音量、静音、场景、夜间模式、麦克风开关，不用打开主窗口
• 15 种界面语言：简体中文、繁體中文、English、日本語、Deutsch、Français、Español、Italiano、Nederlands、Polski、Português、Svenska、Dansk、Norsk、Suomi；浏览器插件同样 15 种
• 场景：新增「推荐 120 ms」（新安装默认）；音乐改为 500 ms（最稳），影视改为 200 ms
• 影视场景自动对齐播放器：mpv、VLC 自动设置音频延迟，换场景或断开时恢复原值；MPC、PotPlayer 显示要手动填的数值。VLC 网页接口密码从 VLC 自己的设置读取，读不到时可在设置里手动输入（加密保存）
• 立体声对按公开协议资料调整（两路共用 groupUUID、识别主音箱、scan --txt / info 诊断）—— 仍未在两台真实 HomePod 上验证

稳定性

• 自适应采集缓冲：实测 30 分钟，固定 12 ms 缓冲断音 25 次；改为自适应缓冲（从 16 ms 起步，断音时自动加大，稳定后谨慎收回）后，20 分钟验证 0 断音。网络侧 30 分钟 0 跳包 0 重传
• 暂停播放不再被算作“断音”
• 「声音比画面晚约 N ms」和插件、播放器的画面延迟会跟随当前缓冲自动修正

已知限制：未签名；按程序分流会多约 35 ms 延迟；立体声对、多房间、Apple TV 未经实机验证。

Beta 2. Not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn ("More info" → "Run anyway"). Tested on a single HomePod (2nd gen, software 27.0) and a single PC; see "Tested hardware" in the README.

New:

• An MSI installer (recommended): you pick the install folder (default C:\Program Files\HomePodCast), the firewall rule is added on install and removed on uninstall, and the wizard is in 15 languages. The portable zip is still available. This is the first MSI release, so if it fails, please report it and use the zip.
• A tray right-click panel with volume, mute, scene, night mode and microphone.
• 15 UI languages, also in the browser extension.
• A Recommended 120 ms scene, the new default. Music is now 500 ms and Movies 200 ms.
• The Movies scene syncs local players: mpv and VLC audio delay is set automatically and restored afterwards. For MPC and PotPlayer, the app shows the value to enter by hand. The VLC password is read from VLC's own settings, with an optional encrypted manual entry.
• Stereo pair support was adjusted to the public protocol evidence. It is still untested on two real HomePods.

Stability:

• Adaptive capture buffer: in a 30-minute test, a fixed 12 ms buffer dropped out 25 times. The buffer now starts at 16 ms, grows on a dropout and relaxes carefully, and a 20-minute verification run had zero dropouts. The network side had zero skips and zero retransmits.
• Pausing playback no longer counts as a dropout.
• The "sound lags the picture by N ms" estimate now follows the live buffer, and so do the extension and player sync.

Known limits:

• Not signed.
• Per-app routing adds about 35 ms.
• Stereo pairs, multi-room and Apple TV have not been tested on real hardware.
