🏠 New per-room command ordering option so you can send Turn On before/after Set Temp with a safe delay ⏱️📡

I’ve rewritten the entire boiler part to compare Scheduled Temperature 🗓️🌡️ with Current Temperature 📍🌡️:

✅ Boiler turns ON if at least one room has current temp below scheduled temp 🔥
🛑 Boiler turns OFF only when all rooms are above the scheduled temp ❄️✅

You can now configure a Min/Max offset ➖➕ so you can:

🧊 Add a lower offset (min) if you want it to wait a bit before heating
🔥 Add an upper offset (max) if you want it to stop a bit earlier/later depending on your setup

This gives you way more control over when the boiler kicks in/out 🛠️😄

Under the Rooms tab, you can now choose to send a Turn On command:

A small delay is added between the two commands ⏱️✅ to ensure they’re sent in the correct order 📶➡️📶.
