v0.1.2 — Drop norminette and forbidden checks

What changed

This release removes the norminette and forbidden-function checks from
dawon's eval pipeline. These checks are covered by monsieur-ganesha
(the pre-commit hook suite) and do not belong in a mini-moulinette.

• refactor(eval): drop norminette and forbidden checks (#24)
  The eval pipeline is now four steps: Symbol → Build → Valgrind → Harness.
• ci: validate commit messages in workflow
  All commits on PRs must follow Conventional Commits 1.0.0 with

• test: add compile_error fixture for build-failure test
  New tests/python/fixtures/compile_error/compile_error.c used by
  test_exit_1_when_build_fails.

Use --rush to evaluate Rush00 submissions:

dawon check --path /path/to/Rush00 --rush
dawon friend --login aguiar --rush

Static checks run (norminette, forbidden functions, compiler,
valgrind). Symbol and harness steps are skipped until
commitment vectors are defined for Rush00.

Six-layer pipeline per exercise:
