…in sepia (#176) The ESC <kbd> hint used --sc-text-muted on --sc-surface-overlay. Over the panel's /90 translucent backdrop, axe composites this to ~4.05-4.29:1 in the sepia theme — below the 4.5:1 AA threshold — intermittently failing the command-palette axe gate in E2E (e.g. flaked PR #172's E2E run). Switch to --sc-text-secondary, which is darker/higher-contrast in every theme and matches the footer kbds. Clears 4.5:1 with margin across light/dark/sepia.
