v0.6.0 - Stock-aware ingredient purchasing

Plan ingredient purchases from sales quantities, recipe yields and raw stock with the new fnb-procure command.

• Combine shared ingredients across menu/category plans and subtract raw stock once.
• Calculate shortages, complete purchase packs, purchase spend and remaining stock with exact fraction arithmetic.
• Export a purchase list as Markdown and CSV, with a JSON calculation audit.
• Validate all four input tables and protect inputs and existing reports from invalid requests and file aliases.

The example ZIP contains synthetic cafe inputs and output reports generated by the release wheel. Install the wheel with Python 3.10 or later, then follow the companion example instructions. Runtime dependencies: none. License: MIT.

Validation: 134 unit tests, Python 3.10/3.12/3.14 checks, 104 independent arithmetic/input/file-protection checks, and 14 existing reports byte-identical. The tagged-source wheel and container also passed actual console execution checks.
