Fixed

• Editing medium-large notes with many links and tasks now stays responsive by switching to plain
  source editing above 32 KiB instead of waiting until 64 KiB.
• An uncertain note creation no longer gets queued for another upload when an editor checkpoint or
  another local change arrives after the failed request (for
  #17).
• Nextcloud Files SSO transport failures now ask users to open the Files app and stop automatic
  retries that could leave dead service bindings behind (for
  #18).

Added

• Search text can be turned into a new note named after the query in the selected category.
• The Markdown editor toolbar can insert the local date at the cursor.
• The Markdown editor toolbar can insert the local date and time at the cursor.
• The Markdown editor's long-press menu can now turn a clipboard web URL into a Markdown link whose
  label is fetched from the page title.
• Note view now provides an information dialog with modified time, Markdown size, text statistics,
  category, account, synchronization, access, favorite, and remote ID details.

Changed

• Note-list widget rows now use their full width as the open-note target without a redundant arrow
  (for #13).
