Note tags shared with QOwnNotes desktop through the notes.sqlite file in the Nextcloud notes
folder. The note list shows each note's tags and can filter by one or more tags. A note's
"Tags" menu adds and removes existing or new tags, including offline. Changes are merged into
the newest server version of the file and never overwrite concurrent desktop changes. Tagging
stays off, with an explanation, when the notes folder has no notes.sqlite.
Opening a note while the note list search is active now opens "Find in note" with the same
text, highlighting the matches and scrolling to the first one without showing the keyboard.
An "Ask for name of new notes" setting, off by default, makes the note list's create button ask
for the new note's name first. The field starts with the name the note would otherwise get, the
dated default or the search text, so accepting it keeps the previous behavior.
Nextcloud Deck support, as in QOwnNotes desktop. When the account's server has the Deck app,
which is detected automatically, the editor toolbar can create a Deck card, using the selected
text as its title, with an optional description and due date, in a chosen board and list. A
link to the card is inserted into the note. In the note view, tapping a card link of the note's
account opens the card in the Nextcloud Deck Android app when it is installed (for #16).
Changed
The account menu lists all accounts at the top, with the current one checked, so another account
is one tap away. A divider separates them from "Add account" and "Manage accounts", replacing the
"Switch account" item and its account chooser dialog.
