• Rename notes directly from the editor's menu without leaving edit mode, optionally updating
  the first heading while preserving the latest draft and editor undo history
  (#32).

Fixed

• Keep the note's scroll position when checking or unchecking a task in view mode.
• Clarify that account setup requires QOwnNotes or Notes on the Nextcloud server and Nextcloud
  Files on Android, not the Nextcloud Notes Android app. Localize the missing-server-app error
  and keep onboarding scrollable on smaller screens.
• Keep the Refreshing status as small as Available offline, without shifting the note list
  during refresh (#31).
• Photo notes taken without a network connection show the captured picture from the device
  until it has been uploaded, instead of a red placeholder square
  (#29).
