Release 1.16.01

The official release of the 1.16 series brings a whole collection of improvements that I hope users should find pleasing. It's been an interesting journey working with and discovering so many of the changes that other people have contributed to the general Linux biosphere.

I am officially starting the 1.16 series at 1.16.01 to reflect its extensive beta release and release candidate testing. Also to make sure that any older update checkers detect the changes properly.

Nested running of qqX on openSUSE VM's has recently become a little problematic but I am hoping that this will resolve itself upstream before long and that running qqX on hard metal is something that can be done nevertheless. Otherwise, users may be pleased to note that Qemu SDL plugins are now available.

The new qqX Mac guest runtime code is a big step forward as outlined in previous announcement #23

Other features and new code are also discussed in #22 which people may want to peruse.
