Migrate from Create React App to Next.js with static export (#8)

* Initial plan

* Migrate from Create React App to Next.js with static export

- Removed react-scripts and CRA-specific dependencies
- Added Next.js 14 with App Router
- Converted pages to Next.js structure in app/ directory
- Replaced react-router-dom with Next.js Link and navigation
- Kept @emotion/styled for styling consistency
- Configured static export in next.config.js
- Updated all configuration files (tsconfig.json, .eslintrc.json, .gitignore)
- Maintained all existing functionality and styling
