Various visual tweaks and some pretty important bug fixes. Big thanks to everyone who reported! I wouldn't have noticed these otherwise.

Changes

d8e8ad0 Flipped canvases can now be swapped by default. The "swap" button no longer changes its icon to reflect this.
- baaa3fc The icon for the "Flip canvas horizontally" button now changes instead. Not the best idea; I might come up with something else in the future.
3f3a85d When filling with screentone, the Shift+[/] keys would now adjust screentone spacing instead of regular fill line spacing.
91cc5b2 Dialog menus like the "Keyboard shortcuts" and "Changelogs" menus are now slightly wider on small screens so they're a bit easier to read.
956e8a2 The "Pattern" setting for screentones now has icons on its dropdown choices.

cc5d545 On iOS, double-tapping anywhere on the page no longer zooms into it.
a81bfb2 On iOS, tap-holding anywhere on the drawing canvas should no longer show a popup as if the browser's selecting text.
dd1d3dc On iOS, text in the settings menus weren't selectable. This was unintentional — now it's selectable again.
1c46187 Automatic saving of sketches and histories now uses the pagehide event again. That should fix some sketch restoration bugs I hope.
78ad0d5 The move tool's ←/→ keybinds are no longer reversed whenever the canvas is flipped.
