Mirrors the LLM and VLM quality checks from upstream test-llama.cpp's scripts/snapdragon/qdc/tests/run_scorecard_posix.py: 3 short Q/A for the LLM matrix (Paris, 4, Mercury) and a golden-retriever caption keyword match for the VLM matrix. Greedy decode (temperature=0, seed=1), case- insensitive substring assertion. Same prompts/sampler on both sides so a regression on either suite is directly comparable. The shipped golden retriever image (tests/assets/quality_dog.jpg) is "Golden Retriever Carlos" by Dirk Vorderstraße, CC BY 2.0 — see tests/assets/NOTICE.md for the license / source / modification record. Closes #905
