Define and add macro checks to cross-compile the project for GNU and android platforms. Signed-off-by: Pranav Mahesh Phansalkar <quic_pphansal@quicinc.com>
- Add CI files to cross-compile the project on each push for Android and linux GNU based targets. - Add codeql workflow file to ensure code quality and security checks. - Add workflow file to check the branch of the head repository from which the pull request is raised.
