v0.87.0 — Decision Assurance Gate

Added

• Decision Assurance Gate (graqle.assurance). Before an agent acts, the gate answers EXECUTE, REPLAN,
  HOLD, REJECT or ESCALATE with a decisive rule and reason codes. It is off by default
  (GRAQLE_DAG_ENABLED); with the flag off behaviour is unchanged.
• Hard gates (policy, actor, evidence, exact arguments), contradiction tracking with dependent-decision
  recomputation, a per-dimension confidence vector with projection, trajectory estimators with replanning and
  escalation routing, and a threshold-study and an intervention-study runner (graq assurance).
• Signed, hash-chained provenance events with key rotation support, a PROV-O export and SHACL shapes for
  auditor-side checks.
• Simplified README and PyPI description.

Notes

• The graq dag command group is not part of this release.

Turning the gate on

The gate is off by default; upgrading changes nothing. To switch it on for a project, set GRAQLE_DAG_ENABLED=true, then provide the required settings (GraQle ships no thresholds, salts or keys; start from the GRAQLE_DAG_* section of .env.example). A missing value raises a configuration error that names it. See the README section "Turn it on, per project".
