Here I will Explain why I created this.

Purpose of Neutron

Neutron is built to help junior Developers like me myself for testing and Researching their Windows C/C++ Code on Linux. This is only a start, But my Idea is to make Neutron-IDE which I am working on Currently.

I would ask you to join this Project with me.

Once this is completed. Neutron-IDE's Development will start. Currently it is run via Wine. Which if you have any Experience with, Does not run all Windows Executables.

Imagine an C/C++ IDE on Linux that you can use for Development for Windows! This is my Idea. This is the purpose of Neutron. And this is only the Start.
