What minor versions does the "client-connections not released after receive-timeout" issue affect?

Let me answer again here, so that folks landing here do not need to search for the answer elsewhere.

Regarding the #2240 bugfix, does it affect all minor versions after VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit was made the default?

VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit was made default in Quarkus CXF 3.16.0 so most users might observe the issue since then.
However the issue existed since the very beginning of VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit in 3.13.0, so users setting VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit explictily, might have observed it even before 3.16.0.

The versions fixing the issue are 3.39.1 and 3.33.10.
We are not planning to fix any other community stream.
