Both lockfiles updated (root + crates/wasm-quarto-hub-client, which declares its own [workspace] and carries a separate Cargo.lock). Verified with a --locked build: q2 --version prints "q2 (quarto 2) 0.18.0". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
