Minor Changes

• Navigation train: shared NavlinksGroup + breadcrumb fixes
  • New exported NavlinksGroup component (#1357): single rendering of the
    mode-links + navlinks group used by AppLayout's inline breadcrumb and
    DefaultBreadcrumb. Dedups navlinks whose target route a shown mode link
    already covers — the auto "Details" link no longer renders next to an
    identical "Edit" mode link on child pages. "Details" label now resolves
    through i18n (breadcrumb.details, fallback "Details").
  • Create pages keep their entity-list crumb (#1356): /books/create renders
    Dashboard > Books > Create (Books linked) instead of Dashboard > Create.
  • Package README doc links are absolute GitHub URLs so they work on
    npmjs.com; repository.directory added (#1358).
