Qubic.NET Wallet v0.8.1

The first public 0.8.x release — multi-language support, a redesigned Vault page, computor governance, and a transaction progress dialog, plus fixes. Everything since v0.7.1 is included.

Highlights

Six languages. The whole wallet now speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Chinese. Pick one under Settings → Language (no unlock needed); the app restarts to apply it everywhere. Amount formatting is unchanged, so entering values works the same in every language.

One Vault page. Vault is now the single home for everything vault-related: all your identities with balances and assets and the total, plus seed management, the address book, change-password, change-location and delete — all the things that used to be buried under Settings → Vault.

Switch, open or create a vault from anywhere. A Switch vault dialog (on the Vault page, on Home, and in the header) lets you open a recent vault, browse for another file, or create a new one — with a built-in Generate seed. The header now shows which vault file is open.

Import from the web or mobile wallet. Read a vault file exported by the Qubic web wallet or the mobile app through a simple stepped dialog, and choose which accounts to bring in.

A clearer Home. Network & connection health, a vault summary (file, identity count, total balance), and your pending transactions — at a glance.

Transaction progress dialog. After you send, a dialog shows the live status (broadcasting → confirmed/failed) with a target-tick countdown. Hide it to keep working, or jump to history.

Computors Governance & CCF. New Governance (General Quorum Proposals) and CCF (Community Contribution Fund) pages. Anyone can browse proposals and view live results; creating proposals and voting is enabled for computor seeds.

Show only the pages you use. A Pages & sections list (first-start screen and Settings → Features) lets you hide pages you don't need, grouped by section with enable-all / disable-all. Account-specific pages also stay hidden until a seed is active.

Also

  • Default auto-tick offset is now 12 (was 7).
  • Fix: QSwap now attaches the fees the contract requires (a 100,000 QU per-op network fee, plus issuance/pool/transfer fees) — previously omitted, so operations failed; the swap panel now shows the pool fee % and the network fee.
  • Fix: transactions that actually succeeded were sometimes shown as Failed (Bob's "pending" was read as a failure) — now handled as pending until there's a definite verdict.
  • Fix: changing the language now applies (the app relaunches) instead of appearing to do nothing.
  • Fix: dark-mode contrast on the governance proposal details and results bars, and checkboxes/radios are now visible and selectable by clicking their label.
