Highlights:

  • Critical correctness fixes — Redis fetch_and_lock_job (six entangled defects; workers never picked up jobs against the default config) and Postgres scheduler/retry/recovery (top-level vs externally-tagged JSONB path; predicates silently matched no rows).
  • Storage trait split into JobStore / JobLocker / RecurringStore / ServerRegistry / NamedLocks. New qml_rs::storage::prelude for ergonomic imports.
  • StorageInstance enum retired in favor of constructors returning Arc<dyn Storage>.
  • New atomic primitives: claim_due_scheduled_jobs / claim_due_retry_jobs and MonitoringApi::update_if_state CAS.
  • Dashboard graceful shutdown; Postgres hot-path partial indexes; metrics_skip_auth opt-in.
